Request deletion by email
You can request deletion of your account and associated app data without reinstalling the app.

Use the subject “ARL DoUrQuote — Delete my account”. Send your request from the email address used for your account whenever possible. If you no longer have access to that address, tell us so we can discuss another way to verify ownership. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or payment-card information.
What happens next
We respond within 7 days. We verify account ownership before deleting data, then complete deletion from the active service within 30 days after verification, subject to any shorter deadline required by applicable law. We will explain any additional information needed and confirm when the process is complete.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your account, profile, account-linked records, and media in your account folders from the active app service. Linked vehicles, service records, requests, quotes, appointments, reviews, reports, and blocks may also be removed through their relationships to your account.
Records and copies that may remain
Deleting your account cannot recall emails, photos, or PDFs already received or downloaded by other users. It does not cancel obligations agreed directly with a service provider.
Our email provider, Resend, ordinarily retains email content and delivery logs for 30 days under our current plan; its published backup retention is 7 days. App account deletion does not automatically delete those email records. Where needed to fulfill your request, we coordinate deletion with the provider.
Technical records are separate from active app data. Under our current Supabase Free plan, published API and database log retention is 1 day and Auth Audit Log retention is 1 hour. Automatic database backups are not included, and we currently keep no separate database backups of our own. These limits do not establish a deletion deadline for every internal record maintained by the provider.
Delete from the app
If you still have access to the app, you can also use its Delete Account control. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.
